The UniAlarm Server is the central unit of the system, which also contains the web-based administrational module. The Communicators are connected to the UniAlarm Server, which execute the interconnection with the different alarm systems, as well as the Monitor centers, which are responsible for the continuous and supervised signal monitoring.

The UniAlarm Server accomplishes a full-scale, integrated supervisory function in cooperation with the communication and monitoring softwares. It then monitors and distributes the signals in any form that can be processed in a scalable way.

The UniAlarm Dispatcher Monitor is the alarm management application of the system, which using the directly accessible API, performs the query and handling of the alarms signals based on the preset rules.

The software also includes several comfort solutions to accomplish a simple but full-scale surveillance, while it is safe and easy to install.

The UniSwitch Panel is a Velleman-based circuit, which consists of 8 pieces of 220V relay. The panel connects to the computer running the UniAlarm Dispatcher Communicator with its own RS-232 port, and receives the commands of switching the relays. In addition, the panel includes a separate open collector switch for all 8 relays, so each relay can be controlled independently from the serial configuration (even by manual switches).
