The UniAlarm ADC (Alarm Distribution Cloud) is a cloud-based extended service package capable of running the whole UniAlarm system without physical access and restrictions and offers several virtualized additional subscriptions to the users of the system.

The UniAlarm ADC is the SaaS solution optimized and installed for the virtual environment of the whole UniAlarm system and is available on its own dedicated IP address. You do not have to purchase servers or alarm forwarding centers or bother with technical settings and installation. The UniAlarm ADC is a full value surveillance system that can be used within 5 minutes after the purchase, and which has all functionality of the original UniAlarm Dispatcher product.

What are the special characteristics of the UniAlarm ADC?

  • The software/solution package is available for a monthly fee, there is no need to purchase devices, installment or configuration. We provide 99.99% availability due to the highly available virtualized hardware environment. We also provide daily backups of your data.
  • It is best used with GPRS/3G signal transmitters, because in this case there is no need to purchase any separate surveillance system; the GSM beacon can send its signals directly to the UniAlarm ADC.
  • There is the option of switching the existing surveillance stations to the ADC. In these cases, a Communicator has to be installed next to the surveillance stations, which forwards the signals to the system running in the cloud.

Which additional services are available in the cloud*?

  1. Partner preview interface: with its help the owners of the objects or the partner providing the signals can access the authorized data on a web interface. The received signals and module configurations can be queried remotely; in possession of the appropriate authorizations even the data may be modified.
  2. Remote signal simulators: utilizing the potentialities of the IP based remote signal protocols (CID IP and VdS2465-2) such virtual remote signaling devices can be reached online. This allows the settings of the UniAlarm or the remote signaling device to be tested.

* The additional ADC subscriptions can be accessed with the use of the normal UniAlarm Dispatcher software for a monthly service fee.
