The UniAlarm Dispatcher product line provides a combined, uniform surveillance for property managers independent of the different systems (cooling-heating, fire detection, alarm, etc) and the different geographical locations (sites, factories, branch offices).

The surveillance interface of the single systems can be connected to the UniAlarm software by the use of the software, which you can monitor either via the Internet or from your own WAN/VPN network afterwards.

Popular services available for the dispatcher services are also available for the system, with which the following options can be applied:

• Alarm via SMS/e-mail in case of occurrence of given events (eg. it can be set so that in case of an event or error only particular persons would be notified)
• Automatic relay switch: relay outputs can be switched to the control of other (eg. alarm) devices as programmable to the occurrence of given events
• Connection to the surveillance centers or authorities: with the use of standard protocols the UniAlarm Dispatcher is able to connect to other surveillance systems as well, so with its help even the fire/error/alarm events can be forwarded to the surveillance bases.
